Following the release of Ohad Ben Ami (Ohad Ben Esther) and Omer Shem Tov (Omer Ben Malka) from Gaza, we continue to pray for their Refuah Shleimah - their full physical and emotional recovery.

If you would like to send a letter of support to Ohad and Omer and their families, please email it to the shul office at [email protected], and it will be forwarded to him

Our Shul has now adopted Matan Angrest (Matan Shachar Ben Anat) who is being held hostage in Gaza.

We ask that all the community davens for his safe and swift return together with all the other hostages. If you would like to send a letter or email to his family, via the shul office, expressing your support and solidarity, the Board of Deputies will arrange for them to be forwarded to his family through the Israeli Embassy.

Each hostage is an individual and each hostage must not be forgotten.

Israel was just waking up, getting ready to dance with the Torahs. Within hours, more than 1,400 people were murdered, thousands injured, and over 240 individuals abducted by terrorists.

In the months that have followed, our heroic IDF soldiers have done all they can to rescue the abducted and combat the terrorists. And Jews and non-Jews around the world have risen to support the residents of the Holy Land. Mitzvahs, donations, good wishes, prayers, and assistance have poured in non-stop.
